Terms & Conditions - Canceled orders:
~ You will not receive a refund if it is canceled less than 5 days of the date you needed the order
~ If I have already started on your order, and it is over 5 days in advance (usually for very large orders), then you will only receive a 50% refund
~ If you paid with a credit card, then you will receive a full refund minus the credit card charge that I received from Quickbooks (3.25% of your total)
~ Checks & Cash payments will receive a full refund
